Leicester, LeicestershireI am unhappy and feel so cheated on a sofa i bought at Humberstone furniture shop on Farringdon Street in Leicester, with address 91-101 Humberstone road LE5 3AN. I bought a sofa for 300 pounds, and that same week, one of the legs broke. when I went to the shop, they promised to replace it after getting back to the factory for months, no response from them and no refund. I am stocked to repair the chair with my money, when the repairer came, he said the wood used for the sofa is a very weak wood and that I have to get it repaired for 150 pounds. I feel cheated and unfair because I worked hard for my money. I need my refund!
