Newtownards, County DownItems seem to be well priced until you try to have the item delivered. Paid £127 for a coffee table and money was taken from my account but no receipt issued. Phoned customer services (Bilal) who stated it was an issue with PayPal. Receipt issued with BT address stating delivery was free but on speaking to Bilal he stated that I would have to pay for delivery but he didn't know how much it was. Waited for two days with no reply. Phoned Customer Services again (Bilal again) to be told that delivery was £40!! Stated that it was a software problem which enabled me to make an order without paying delivery? Found Bilal to be quite rude and he stated that I should have seen the terms and conditions on the front page Banner (a very small font which you have to click into and then read!!) He then stated what do you want, pay the delivery or cancels the order. No management available to take my complaint. Absolute cowboy outfit, avoid like the plague.
